“The North Castle Hills Homeowners Association Board of Directors unanimously passed a resolution to endorse and strongly support the Phil Hardberger Park Conservancy Resolution dated January 31, 2012 opposing the building of the proposed Walmart at the corner of Blanco Road and Wurzbach Parkway.”
